Please read these terms before using Gharsuchi. We have tried to keep them as simple and clear as possible.
Accepting These Terms
By creating an account or using Gharsuchi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
What You Can Do
- Browse, search, and view property listings.
- Create a free account and manage your profile.
- Post property listings (subject to listing rules below).
- Save favourite properties and contact agents.
- Use the platform in English or Nepali.
What You Must Not Do
- Post fake, misleading, or duplicate property listings.
- Use another person's identity or impersonate an agent.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from Gharsuchi without permission.
- Use the platform for any illegal activity under Nepal law.
- Harass, spam, or mislead other users.
- Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform.
Listing Rules
- Listings must be for real properties that you own or are authorised to list.
- All information (price, location, size, photos) must be accurate and up to date.
- Photos must be genuine images of the actual property.
- You are responsible for removing your listing once the property is sold or rented.
- Gharsuchi reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without notice.
Our Responsibility
Gharsuchi is a marketplace — we connect buyers, sellers, renters, and agents, but we are not a party to any property transaction. We do not verify the legal ownership of listed properties. Always perform your own due diligence, consult a legal professional, and verify land records at your local Land Revenue Office before completing any transaction.
User Terms & Conditions
- 1. Pricing and Subscription Changes
- 1.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, increase, or revise the pricing of its premium subscription at any time at its sole discretion.
- 1.2. Any fees already paid by the User shall remain valid for the duration of the subscription period purchased at the time of payment and will not be affected by any subsequent price changes.
- 1.3. The User will be notified of any pricing changes via email at least seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle.
- 1.4. Continued use of the premium service after the effective date of the revised pricing constitutes acceptance of such changes. The User may cancel the subscription prior to the next billing cycle if they do not agree to the revised pricing.
- 2. Payments, Refunds, and User Responsibility
- 2.1. All payments made are final, non-refundable, and non-negotiable, except where required by applicable law.
- 2.2. The User acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for listing, marketing, and selling their products.
- 2.3. The Company does not guarantee sales or performance outcomes and shall not be held liable for any unsold products, loss of revenue, or business losses incurred by the User.
Agent Terms & Conditions
- 1. Modification of Terms
- 1.1. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions, including pricing, policies, and service structure, at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law.
- 1.2. Continued participation as an Agent after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
- 2. Promotional Period and Subscription Requirement
- 2.1. The Agent acknowledges that the period from Baisakh 1, 2083 to Baisakh 2, 2084 is designated as a promotional period.
- 2.2. Upon the expiration of the promotional period, the Agent will be required to subscribe to a paid monthly plan in order to continue accessing the services.
- 2.3. The Company reserves the right to determine and revise the subscription fee applicable after the promotional period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from the use of Gharsuchi shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
