When you create an account

Your name, email address, and optionally a phone number.

When you post a listing

Property details you provide: location, price, description, photos.

When you browse

Basic usage data such as pages visited (stored only in your browser — we do not use server-side analytics).

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect payment card details (processed by eSewa/Khalti), national ID, or any government documents.

To run the platform

Create and manage your account, display your listings, and enable contact between buyers and agents.

To improve the service

Understand which features are most useful so we can make Gharsuchi better.

To communicate with you

Send account-related emails such as password resets or listing confirmations. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Other users (limited)

Your name and phone number are shown on your listings so buyers can contact you. You control what you share.

Supabase

Our database and authentication provider. Your data is stored securely in their infrastructure.

Google

We use Google's Translation API and Places API to power language switching and location search. These services receive only the text or location query — not your personal details.

Nobody else

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

Encrypted connections

All data between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Secure authentication

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Session tokens are HttpOnly and Secure.

Minimal data

We only collect what is necessary to run the platform.

Access

You can view all information you have shared with us through your Dashboard.

Correction

You can update your profile details at any time from Dashboard → Settings.

Deletion

You can request full account and data deletion by emailing gharsuchi@gmail.com.

Portability

You can request a copy of your data by emailing us.
